Looked up Trent Locket on Youtube. Watched a video of 2 of his dunks on ESPN's Top 10, and a related video was a DJO Top 10 dunk, and a related video to that was this video:

The first couple minutes are pretty boring, but after that it gets good.
My gosh that game was fun to be at. Wade was a man among boys that day (as was Robert Jackson). His 2 blocks and all his dunks were incredible. Made it look so easy. It was also incredible how Novak would literally just have one foot set and square the other as he caught the ball. Lights out. Looks just like he does in the NBA now. Never dribble, just run around screens and get set.
Gotta love Diener at 5:35ish. Grabbing the ball out of the hoop off of his steal and slamming it onto the baseline hah.
thanks for sharing...man, what a team we had. Brings back memories.
What a thrill that game was and I was so lucky to be there. My favorite memory of that game shows up at 7:15 mark. Diener dribbles out of trouble and flips to Novak open just over the 3 point line. Even before the shot, as Steve goes into his shooting motion, Diener has turned to head back on defense and raises his arms in triumph just knowing the shot was going in.
Yes, and to think there were folks on here who actually were trying to claim that this year's team was better.
As always, the proof is in the results.

Claiming this years team was better is insane. Wade perennial NBA all star. Diener and Novak had good NBA careers. Merritt and Jackson were accomplished big men. If you put that team up against this years team they would have beat us handily. True Warriors on both teams, just more talent with Wade, Diener and Novak who complimented each other so well.
QPS that was one of my face moments too.
The others: DWade's block then coast-to-coast goaltender basket; his posterizing dunk from the right wing; and finally, his dunk then pointing his finger.
But man, this game really set us up for a real hot mess vs Kansas. An emotional Tower of Terror.

How did they compliment one another?
"Why, nice assist Mr Diener!"
"Excellent trey Steven!"
"Dwyane, you are nothing less than a beautiful man!"

Forgetful you may have just been misremembering but they were Golden Eagles, not Warriors. Just thought you might have missed the memo with most of the rest of the board. But you probably just like your "retro" hipster warriors shirt that they try to make look like it was from 1980 when we all know you bought it last week.

Wow...because apparently forgetful is the only member on the site who ever refers to our post-1993 teams as "Warriors".

I was there and remember never feeling like the game was safe. I've seen this a few times and I get still get goose bumps when I watch it.
I miss watching Diener play. The the one where we got a bucket and he slammed the ball on the baseline was great, but on novak's and 1 he throws host hands up and starts running down the court before the release is one of my favorite things I ever saw him do.
That wade guy was pretty good too

May I have the names and numbers of the people who've encouraged you to be poetic and amusing? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that it's not your fault. Thanks in advance.

Well my goodness, isn't there a chat board on pinterest that he can post on?
Was Warthog's post deleted because it was not in the form of haiku, Alex?
Other than that, it was in perfectly good taste.
