DePaul fan in my office sent me this about Buzz and LSU. Our DePaul friends have some comments about that.

SLU has apparently given SMU permission to talk to Rick Majerus. Hard to see a man of Rick's age and health doing this, but it would be a large salary increase

If you can't beat em, join em?
Digging up non-sourced trivial dirt on Buzz from another board, bringing it over here, then claiming that "office mates" are giving you slack about it. Hmmmmm... where have I seen that tactic before???

Does Majerus even care about money? He seems like the type of guy who has a bunch of uncashed SLU checks sitting on the dresser in his hotel room. This is, of course, based on the assumption that he never bothered to set up his direct desposit.
hmmmm who do we know that scours the internet and comes up with never seen before websites that shed negative light on the MU program as if he has nothing better to do, all the while claiming to be it's biggest fan?
This same person also likes to offer to have beers with people he has never met before, typically after offending them by being a boorish ass and often cyber stalking them?
Was this pathetic modus operandi discussed and possibly perfected over beers in Cali?
Or are these the games played in the mind of a psychopath?

My thoughts exactly. A man can buy only so many pizzas, and I don't think he has any other expenses except for a new size XXXXXL sweater a couple of times a decade.

I'm going to guess DaTruth of FlumenNumenque1886. Isn't that what your last detective work yielded?
The Dallas Morning News, SI, and Times Picayne out of New Orleans also all list Buzz as a potential candidate. None are sourced. That is how coaching searches are often reported these days.

Get those emails started to that Notre Dame turncoat AD of ours and that Georgetown trojan horse President.

If the original serial killer is indeed still in Scoop prison, a copycat is on the loose and paying constant homage to his idol.

Yes, in today's digital age you can strike up a relationship long before actually meeting them. Are you saying if you and one other poster here met for the first time at a game or somewhere else you wouldn't have a beer with them? That is rather selfish of you. We Are Marquette. I have zero concerns about meeting other Marquette alumni for the first time for coffee, a beer. Don't you volunteer for the school when they ask us to do this for potential applicants to the university?
If not, you should. You might be surprised how fun it is to help convince high school kids what a great place Marquette is and even having to meet them for the first time ever and drinking a soda. Oh my. ::)
