Let's hope we don't lose a couple of big time players like they have in the last couple of days...They lost Gerard Coleman, and now Bryce Cotton to transfer. On top of that there are rumors around the area that Ricky Ledo won't qualify. Cotton played close to 38 minutes a game last year! Dunn and Ledo have to produce...if they even both go

if Cotton goes, then they lose four players thru transfer.
A report from an Arizona-based basketball web site Tuesday claimed that Cotton, a Tucson, Ariz., native, asked for a release from his scholarship and will transfer from PC.
"It's all speculation," Cooley said through athletic department spokesman Arthur Parks, who added that Cotton has not been given his release. Parks could not confirm if Cotton did indeed ask to transfer.
Maybe the fact that Parks did not know for sure if Cotton asked for his transfer is why he was chosen to talk to the media.

Technically speaking, although Bilal Dixon evidently is leaving with a year of eligibility remaining, he doesn't seem to have asked for his release, so he probably isn't transferring.
Let us hope that they are one of our conference road games next year.
If they got a Hurley to be the HC, that program would change in a few seasons.
They were ecstatic with Cooley at first, He still got them Dunn and Ledo, but Ledo has alot of question marks. It will be interesting to see how this all ends for them
Word is that neither Ledo nor Dunn have qualified yet.
There is significant doubt as to whether Ledo will ever be a Friar.
So, to review, we have all the recruits and nowhere to put them, and Providence has all the open spots and no recruits who qualify to take them.
