Title: Current And Former MU Head Coaches 5 - 0 So Far
Post by: Tugg Speedman on March 18, 2012, 09:01:46 AM
Buzz 2 - 0 and in the sweet sixteen
Crean 2 - 0 and in the sweet sixteen
Majerus 1 - 0 and faces Michigan State today

Is this the best current and former MU coaches have ever done?

... and then we have Kevin O'Neil who finished 6 - 26 at USC this year.  A moment of silence please.

crean's in trouble...he's not a good enough coach to get IU to the level of UK, UNC, Duke, Mich. St. and that's where IU expects to be very quickly.  give it a couple years and my bet is you'll hear IU fans saying that TC was the man to bring this program back from the dead, but not the man to win championships.  i'd also imagine he'll jump to the nba if ever given the chance.

KO had a tough year with injuries and has a nice class coming in.  It would be nice to see all 4 on teh list next year.  Happy for Rick.  IU surprised me getting to the Sweet 16.  I thought when Jones went down they would have a tough time in the tourney.  That was a nice win yesterday.
