Obviously that's because Buzz practices half-court shots, but not free throws.
Those are the shoes, the Fly Wades. I thought they've been out for a while, maybe these custom colors are just new.
There are also Wake Forest themed Chris Paul shoes and Syracuse themed Carmelo Anthony shoes debuting during the tournament as well.
