That's beautiful, you sure your name ain't Rudy? Got that underdog mojo brewin'
Much as I'd like to mop the floor with Bucky .. playing them in the Championship would taint any victory.
Want to beat a powerhouse, the #1 team in the country, whoever that is. (UK this year.)
Just want to remind everyone I predicted this first. When it happens, do I get to go on the talk show circuit?

Hey, if we play UW on championship Monday, give Bucky their due. They would be a powerhouse, just as we would be so described.
My actual bracket has us first beating Kentucky and then Kansas. I want revenge over 2003. That's a perfect final four in my book...
Just win it. Beating Wisconsin would be great--losing to them would be pretty awful.
Root for this Final Four: Marquette v. Lehigh; Cincinnati v. Ohio. Marquette over Ohio for the title.
A championship is a championship is a championship. ;D
I believe UK is the best team in the country hands down and still hope we play them. To be the best you have to beat the best. I want to see us play the best teams and see how we do.
Eh. UConn beat the "unbeatable" Duke team in 1999, in what was called the "Duke Invitational."
Should mean they're considered the best team in 1999 (they only had 2 losses!). Nope. Most people still think Duke was better.
Except UConn has the title.
Meanwhile, while UConn certainly wasn't the best team last year, they won a title by beating 14, 6, 3, 5, 4, 8 seeds. I'm still very happy to have the title. Would UConn have beaten Ohio State or Kansas? Honestly, probably not. But they didn't have to. And in the record books, they now have 3 titles.
Go Marquette!
Yeah no kidding. Give me Norfolk State, SLU, Lehigh, and Ohio. We don't need a resume boost. It's a freaking National Championship.

+1. I don't care if we only beat double digit seeds the whole way. I want a banner
getting a little ahead of ourselves here, arent we folks? even by message board standards...
No kidding...I just want the eite 8. After we get there it might be time to start getting a little greedy. Michigan State is beatable...
Any Final Four with Marquette is a good Final Four. Any Final Four with Marquette winning on Monday is a perfect Final Four.
I could not handle losing to Indiana in the final four or Wisconsin in the championship game. Of course I would be love to beat either, but I rather not have them there at all.
