Pretty sure they're that way so they can go do the chain gang highway clean up after the game and not have to put on the reflective vests

Cincy's arent bad either, but both theres and UL's were the grays... wonder what their alternatives are gonna look like.

I dont really see the point of the grays with accented neon.
