Marquette was able to jump from No. 10 to No. 8 in the latest Associated Press top 25 poll, with the Golden Eagles only gained 137 votes in the process.

Dickie V moving us from 13 to 8.  I dislike the loudmouth, but it's never a bad thing to have him rambling about Marquette on the air instead of Duke :)

Paul Klee from Champaign is a friend of mine and he's a real good reporter but ...

Did he really drop us a spot after winning twice? Oy.

What does Florida State have to do to drop out of the top 25?  Nine losses, including their last two games?  Sheesh!

Am I seeing this right that they don't have a single women voter?  Not that I care, but it is a little surprising.

Toni Ginnetti votes and is with the Chicago Sun Times.  She has been ranking us a little low all year.
