If we made it to the Round of 16, we'd most likely have to play Ohio State and if we somehow beat them, then Kansas, on what will be a home court for them in St. Louis. That's a tought draw, especially having to go against both Sullinger at OSU and Robinson for KU.

Honestly, that's why I'm hoping to get to the West region. I'm guessing the 1 will be either Michigan State or Duke, both better match-ups in my opinion, and Phoenix will be a neutral court pretty much regardless of who ends up there.

Creighton or Harvard could be our trap game, if it wind up this way.

Duke has "home" games wherever they go.  Not because they have a ton of alumni, but because they have a ton of people who wish they were alumni.  I went to the Duke vs. Iowa State game at the United Center 2 years ago and it was like 90% Duke fans.  I remember an Iowa State fan walking around the halls after the game yelling "Looking for any Duke graduates.  Raise your hand if you graduated from Duke.  Any Duke graduates?" and maybe 1 or 2 people raised their hands.

That's fine with me...I think we match up well with Duke, and I have a feeling we'll travel very well to a regional. It will probably still be 60/40 Duke, but there's a lot of Wisconsin transplants in Arizona, my bet is a lot more than there are from North Carolina.

We're ranked ahead of them now. Shouldn't be a problem.

Exactly. MSU is tough and can rebound but our guards are way better and Jae gave Jones the business why not green? As for Duke, I think I could get PT on the defensive end for them.

I think where we'd struggle against Duke is on the boards. The Plumlees and Ryan Kelly are good rebounders and will have a definite height advantage. I think we can beat them, we'd just really have to attack the glass and box out strong that game (as if we don't have to every game...).

I think I'm with Brewcity on the Phoenix regional. Avoiding Kansas and Kentucky as the #1 seeds would really help.

True but we almost beat them last year and they had no answer for Davante with a dislocated shoulder. If hes healthy I think we got them.

Avoid Kentucky/Missouri/Kansas and we are good.

Would love to play OSU they have really struggled lately.

Would love to play KAnsas ....MIssouri a team often compared to us were beating thme by 19 at kansas.  They are not that big apart from Withy, and I would love to see Crowder go against TRob.  ST. louis would be tough but i have zero fear of those 2 teams

Missouri?  I think we'd match up quite well with them.  UNC and Kentucky are the only two teams I would like to avoid.  Even then, I think we can beat them.
