The Vander Blue dunk was voted #6 on the SportsCenter Top Ten. Initially, they said "Dwyane Wade tweeted this...just kidding". Of course, having Wade celebrating and Lebron saying "that's what I'm talking about!" probably didn't hurt. Great throwdown by Blue, great game all around.
VB will always do better in a run and shoot game. Needs to develop a consistent perimeter shot as well as a pullup medium range jump shot to be able to consistently contribute in a major wau in the half court game.
wooo hoooo!
it's raining money, shake your money maker baby!
That was a great dunk including a perfect pass, but I think the biggest play Blue made last night was the 3 to cut the lead to 38-37. He had an awesome 2 minute stretch where he really turned the game around. That's 2 games in a row where he has been a big difference maker for the good in a very tangible way.

+1. Without that one-man seven-point spurt, last night's game is a real struggle to the end.
it was a momentum changer. we need more plays like that every game.

The play that could have been, might have made the top of ESPN. Talking about the end of the 1st half. 5 seconds, Junior brings the ball down and throws an oop to DJO, who comes flyingin from the baseline and almost snags a 1 handed monster dunk. The BC would have erupted. Unfortunately, clanked off the rim.

That's the first time I've seen DWade in a while that he looks as young and as excited as he was playing at MU. Good to see him getting all jacked up for Marquette basketball still :)
can't believe he stood up. he was clearly trying to "big time" vander and junior...
OMG --- this has to be the first time I saw Frozena NOT stand up for an alley-oop.
Agree that Vander has really played well for two games in a row. He turned it on last night and made a big difference. When he plays "on" like last night he is really good.

Boy was I screaming at the TV after that one...might have been a slightly off kilter pass but DJO should be taking those with two hands and STUFFING IT DOWN. That would have been utter mayhem...ah well. At least Blue made up for it later. Twice, if I recall correctly.
The no look one hand pass was a thing of beauty also.
Looks like he may have not high fived Cadougan after, though.....
But seriously, the fact that LeBron is his favorite player and he reeled off seven in a row in pretty impressive fashion on that end, in front of LBJ, is pretty damn cool.
anyone have a video link of the top 10 it was on?
