Wonder what's up with Melo...might that be a health issue and it's HIPAA preventing them from saying? Jones is no surprise though...maybe the only surprise is that he's still there. His minutes have declined every year since he was a top-100 freshman. He's only played 7 times this year. Why would he stay?

Not positive about Jones, but MU definitely did not "cool" on Riley. Not sure if he was a "good" miss either. Riley might very well be MU's starting center If he'd been sharp enough to come here.
ND and Cincy won't be pushovers for Cuse on the road. As much as I hate do it I'm rooting for ND and Cincy to help our chances of winning the Big East!

Yeah, I'm actually feeling the same way about ND and Cuse. HATE ND, but frankly, I'd like to see Syracuse go down. Right now, ND is up by 14 with 8 left in the first, so we'll see.
I think that's all I have to say.
Actually, one more thing: Jim Boeheim sucks.
Might be the best 15 minutes the Irish have played all season.
If Cuse gets it under eight at half, like their chances.

If it's academic, then it's a FERPA issue. And if it's a 6-hour rule issue, he may be out for the semester.

If there was a finding of guilt against a MBB player on any level - federal, county, administrative, academic, student, etc. - I would consider it a safe bet that the consequences at Marquette would be more severe than what they would be at Syracuse.
