Title: No moral victories but still...
Post by: ErickJD08 on January 14, 2012, 03:05:39 PM
I am definitely tired of the moral victory crap like after the SU game, but holy crap. We are not Pitt. That team has no heart. They had little hustle and little bounce to the step. Pitt is gonna get rocked at SU.

I mentioned in another thread that basically Pitt lost four starters.

Woodall
Brown
Wanamaker
McGhee

That is tough to deal with and if Gibbs didn't have a Kobe day, it would not have been close.

This team is handicapped but where is the heart. I have seen more energy at the Rec on a Saturday afternoon where half the guys are sweating out the jack Daniels from the prior night.

It took MU 31 minutes to take a 1 point lead on that "team with no heart."

All credibility you may or may not have built up is now hereby sacrificed on the back of this one statement.   What game were you watching?  This is as dumb as muggsyb on the other board complimenting Wisconsin's zone.

Tell that to Ashton Gibb, he played his butt off.
