If you don't care to read the article, at least look at these numbers I took away from re-watching the game and tracking Marquette's paint touches. They are unofficial, of course, give or take a couple points or shots.


-- When Marquette had a paint touch at any given time on a possession, it resulted in 32-of-50 shooting and 77 points.

-- When Marquette did not have a paint touch during a possession, it resulted in 1-of-9 shooting and six points.

-- Marquette finished with 66 paint touches. Buzz Williams' goal each game is 47.
