Buzz says on post-game radio that Davante and Chris will both be here for the next two seasons. So Chris will be a 6th year senior two years from now. Buzz apparently doesn't think that getting a medical redshirt year--if that's the term--is going to be a problem.
Oh boy, this is going to be very interesting on the recruiting game. Very interesting.
Good for Chris though, hope he rehabs well and strengthens his knee. He is very injury-prone.
Great news if granted, but until we actually hear it from the Big East, I'm a skeptic.
I said it before...over / under on "transfers or no shows between now and 2013-14" is two.
I'll take the over, think my money's quite safe.
So, this means we have no more scholarships available for the next two years!
This doesn't really bother me. Cadougan graduating means we have room for Burton. One person is bound to leave just through the normal process of natural attrition, making room to take Nunn. Unless there is a stud big man out there that we are in the hunt for I don't see what's wrong with keeping Otule and delaying bringing in another big for one more year.

I think your over/under is an accurate one - and if it means Nunn and another stud (PG or Big) to go with Burton sign me up. Transfers are standard operating procedure at the upper echelon of college bball today.

I'd change that to "transfers or no-shows or NBA early-entrants". And I'd take the push option...though I'm not sure who the second guy might be...
