Yikes!!! Will this be the game that embarrasses them so much that they rebound? I hope not.
And their football blowout loss to SMU.
Would love to kick them while they're down and hear a mock ACC chant on Saturday.
Yes, chants of "ACC" and "LAST PLACE" would be nice. I will do my part to start them.
Apparently, Aaron Gray is not walking through that door. Or Sam Young with his frying pan ugly face and pump fake.

Aaron Gray? I'd bet that they'd kill just to get Gary McGhee back.
Anyone else feeling more nervous than ever about playing Pitt on Saturday?? I really, really, REALLY don't want to be their one big win this year. If we don't run them out of the gym by at least 20, I'll be unhappy.

Knowing us we lose. Dont shoot well and turn it over.
Hopefully I don't know us.

I fear this as well.
Since they missed everything tonight, logic dictates they'll have a "can't miss" game. Let's hope it waits until next week.
Pitt football sucking in a bowl game to a future Big East team.... hilarious
Pitt basketball having a weak non-conference... a bonus
Pitt basketball starting 0-4 in the Big East... justice

NOPE!
I always thought McGhee was umderrated.

Using that same logic then, we should smack them around since the last few times we've played them they have been lights out I feel like.
I thought Pitt was overrated preseason when most people had them in the 3-4 range in the league, but never imagined they'd be this bad. 39 points in a home game against Rutgers? 21.1% from the field? 12 lousy field goals? Their only lead was at 3-2? That's pathetic. I'm sure they'll win at some point, but games like that are the type that set basketball back 60 years. Ugly stuff going on there.

Except when he tried guarding Kemba in the Big East tournament last year on that final possession. I'm pretty sure he was on ice skates.

That is correct. He blocked the middle and his loss is just like Otule's to MU. Not a big scorer, but clog the lane defensively and do other things.
Dante Taylor is a huge bust for a former McDonald's AA and combined with the loss of Birch has sent them to a bad state.
Got to imagine Jamie Dixon will find his way back to the BE in a few years.

Agreed - thanks for recalling that. I knew there was some play he was made to look foolish on but couldn't remember the specifics.

Isn't Pitt leaving in 2 years? Or did all this get resolved and they can exit after this season?
Pitt has been playing with out its PG Woodall for quite a few games now and the transfer of C Khem Birch has hurt its defense as well.
I as well will help start the ACC chants ;)

Oh, now it all makes sense. Pitt is stinking the joint out so that they will be prepared for play in the ACC. Somebody
PLEASE tell Syracuse!

Or back out West to USC
