Title: Rosiak article/blog on James
Post by: NYWarrior on April 13, 2007, 08:17:42 AM
first-hand report with James.....

sure wish Rosiak would have reported on what NBA experts think of DJ rather than relying solely on what DJ said that he heard they said   ??? (make sense?) -- a bit of media critique is up on our blog too

"When Coach talks to people, he's, like, 'What is it that is affecting his draft status? What does he need to improve on?' It's my shooting, my decision-making at times, things I know I can control." dj

"James also has the option of entering the draft but not hiring an agent. Were he to do that, and not receive enough positive feedback from his ensuing workouts, he'd have until June 28, the day of the draft, to withdraw his name."

both taken from the rosiak article posted above...he does have an agent, and it is tc..tc has huge interest in this..why not be the guy who gets all the info and talks to decison makers first hand..lets him know what hes looking at for next year, now..not saying crean is misleading him just saying crean IS the ghost agent

Some people might say he's his coach.

Wow, DAtruth couldn't make anymore sense....or....truth.

For a college player like Dominic, who has trust in his coach, TC is the best connection he can have.

TC is much more worried about his players lives than rather or not they will be back.

Agreed with above post.

Crean has shown more interest in his players' lives than most coaches.

Contrast that approcach with the quotes attributed to Jerry Wainwright re: Wilson Chandler in today's edition of the Chicago Tribune and it's another mark for the positive ledger of Tom Crean.
