Shoulder injury yesterday in practice. Bummer.
"Juan injured his shoulder yesterday in practice," head coach Buzz Williams said. "Because of Juan's work ethic and character, he had worked himself back into a rhythm and flow with our team. We are disappointed by the timing of this, but have full confidence in Juan and our staff that he will be back as soon as he is completely healed."

F*ckin' and I have eligibility remaining and will be suitin' up on Saturday.
Damn, just keeps getting worse and worse.
Frick. Down to nine healthy for games and and ten for practices. Unbelievable. We are an injury away from a great year turning into an okay year.
Now, Anderson is injured

That really sucks for Juan. I was hoping his energy would start to be contagious out there.
pux90mex beat Enlund to the punch. Maybe if Enlund had twitter...
I love Juan..this sucks. I think he is going to be a leader on this team in the future. But, I think we'll be okay without him until Big East play.
Now Jamail, this is your big chance. If you want to ever earn big time minutes with MU, right now is your time to shine. Let's see it, big man.

Hopefully he'll be back for Syracuse or Pitt. I hope this isn't an injury that will dog him for the rest of the season.

Ouch. I really thought he could pick up some slack with Otule out.
There's going to be an add in the MU paper asking for practice dummies!!!
Three weeks till BE play. Hopefully the young fella will heal in that time.
LSU and Vandy should be the only games in which he could have been a factor. I believe MU will be fine in the other games. Just hope the injury doesn't linger.

Me too.
I am really impressed with Juan's length when you see him in person. Thought that could help pick up some slack with Otule gone.
Good news is the schedule is softer now for the next three weeks. So long as its really 3-4 weeks, he should be able to contribute when things heat up in February.
I wish they would be more specific with the nature of the injury so you could figure out how it's likely to go.
Dammit! This is going to significantly diminish what Juan gets out of this first year. I don't think the problem is over the next 3-4 weeks but rather how it affects his ability to develop.
Yes, he is going to miss 2 or 3 weeks of prime development time. That being those weeks between semesters when there are no time limits on practice.
Ok not good, but better to get these out of the way early vs in Feb or early March...
Mr. Wilson your table is ready!
This tells me that no decision has actually been made yet on CO. Injury yesterday, MRI, announcement within 24 hours with Juan. Injury on Monday, MRI on Tuesday......limbo. I have to believe the party line that evaluation is still going on.
