Option 2: Jae

Option 3: Vander

Option 4: Todd

1. DJO
2. Jae
3. Todd
Wow!
Come on! It's Crowder! Butleresque!!
Jae. DJO played great but Jae's clutch shot was the key
DJO.
DJO. Jae's shot is a meaningless 3 that maybe gives us a single digit loss without DJO going hard for the whole game.
DJO.....Crowder hit a huge shot, but, DJO was there the entire night when we needed him. Without him, not even in the game.
2. Crowder
3. Mayo
4. Blue
Dishonorable Mention....Junior ( I should not harsh on the kid....something just did not click tonight)
DJO
We've had co-SOG in the past, but slap that hog and give it to Jae. Ice water!!!
Crowder. 16 points in second half when needed.
DJO....put the team on his back in the last 10 minutes of the first half to give them the lead.
1A - DJO - there all night
1B - Mayo - provided the offense with a MUCH needed shot in the arm in the first half
1C - Jae - Game winning shot
Why isn't cadougan an option?
Jc
Gwaki I hate that bug in your signature I just tried blowing it off of my screen lol.
Mr. Clutch Jae
Added poll (so vote, even if you already did). Jae had the shot of the game, but DJO was the Stud of the Game (per my vote)
DJO
I'd give it to Jae just because he hit the game winner. Didn't like the way he or DJO played today. Thought Jae needed to do more to own the boards once Chris went down, and DJO missed a big free throw at the end and blew a box-out late in the game that allowed UW to take a late lead. I think those two need to play better, and much more consistent, if MU is to reach its full potential, but it's also a sign of a good team when you can play poorly and still win.
Crowder
Gotta give her to Jae. Unreal shot...after being icey from three all night.
agree with what people have said already....DJO was there all game. Crowder picked it up and hit big shot, but meaningless without DJO keeping us in it.
Voted DJO but it was hard not to give nod to Jae. Cold first half and tough on the boards with UW's length but he came through in second half. DJO did get stuffed too many times tonight but his scoring and his drives kept them in foul trouble and late on the bench
If jae misses the shot MU loses.
One last thing on Jae was that after hitting the shot he had the presence of mind to hustle up and double team on defense. He was not only the reason the Warriors won on offense, but also on defense with the contested shot to end the game. He has to be the SOG.
Jae no doubt, clutch shots are what defines SOTG's!
DJO... he always seems to be a contender for SOTG but falls short to the player that steps up from the pool of teamates. He is the consistant force on this team that takes us to Ws... by my count he should have had at least two other SOTGs in addition to this one.
DJO
DJO did it all night long. If not for his play, Jae's 3 wouldn't have mattered.
"And 1" Crowder
It's gotta be DJO. Plus hes only got 1 SOTG so far while hes clearly been mr consistency.
Lovin the fact we have so many options for STOG
Homer and Mac gave it to Jae. J Wilson got the 6th man.
My vote goes to DJO, big 3 point play and a 3 when it was going back and forth, then gets the steal in the last minute as well (although he did miss one of the free throws). Add all of that to the consistent play today and I think he was deserving. Now if he just didn't pull up from the NBA 3 as often.
Jae. I missed the first half and was dismayed by the failure to box out and missed FT by DJO at the end.
It was quite a tale of two halves for Crowder. First half 1-6 for 2 points. Second half 7-9 and the game-winning 3 for 16. On the strength of his 2nd half I'll give him my vote.
Jae.
DJO got lost bad on some defensive assignments in the second half and really hurt us.

Gosh, if you're using D as the tie-breaker, you probably should have seen all the 3s Jae gave up.
DJO - how many of Jae's points were all alone when he broke off and got a good outlet from a defensive rebound?
Jae threw up more brick 3 point shots during the game than I can count. Then he made the big one. Have to give it to DJO.

You can't count to three? Haha.
JAE. No doubt.
DJO was good, but missed a free throw and didn't box out on a UW putback (both with under a minute to go). I think Darius would agree.
Can you give 1/2 studs. DJO and Jae?

DJO 2-7 from three and Jae was 1-4...... Not quite jivin with your analysis. Hell of a game by both but Jae's second half after not showing up in the first gives him the nod for me.
Also he made some really tough shots inside. They weren't all open layups as someone else suggested.
Crowder all day

Nobody wants to see that!

+1 After the performance in the Wisconsin game, I figured he wouldn't do so much tonight. But he was once again very, very solid.
If Jae doesn't hit that shot, nothing else matters and we lose. So pretty simple bottom line. Jae is SOTG.
Jae in my mind. He at least had pretty good shot selection, and wasn't bad rebounding. Obviously hit the game winner as well. DJO really has to learn to slow down and take better shots, very few are catch shoots. I think that was the reason for his poor shooting tonight, in addition to getting blocked a couple times.
Frozena.
While it was a great shot to win the game, Jae did miss (as usual) a ton of defensive assignments.
The stud last night was DJO.
Jae.
DJO, as others have stated he was the consistent force all game. I really happen to like having to argue about SOTG. It's always nice when both senior leaders can step up and carry you to victory.
Crowder.
I would be voting for whomever drained that gutsy 3 to win the game, though. Studs make that shot.
Jae was big whole second half and his 3 was game winner.
My vote is for DJO.
Love that Crowder was able to not only shake off a rough first half but to confidently shoot that 3 in the final seconds after missing his first three shots from deep but if we are talking Stud of the GAME it has to be DJO who was there and kept it close the entire game.
Jae
Can't quite give it to DJO. Going 9 for 11 at the line almost, but not completely makes up for 6 of 17 shooting.
10 vote lead...time to call it for DJO?
Jamil Wilson stepped in for Otule and kept us in the game, especially in the first half. His contribution was big - maybe not player of the game - but it deserves to be mentioned !!!

Yup, it's been running close all day, so decided to leave it until most folks would be off work and have a chance to vote. Still very close, but DJO edged Jae. I'm Still awarding Jae the
Shot of The Game award ;D
