That means we're negative 5th in the preseason rankings!

Would have been real nice to have had a chance to play them.  Would have been a nice tuneup, plus would really help the rpi potentially

3 years + into the Buzz 5 year experiment, I don't recall many if any head scratching OOC loses. What was the worst, Dayton, maybe NC State at home, Gonzaga?

It seems as if every team has had a clunker in that time span.

Wisconsin - UWGB
UConn - UCF
Pitt - LBS, Indiana
Cuse - Cleveland State, Some dIII exhibition
Ville - Drexel, Charlotte, Western Carolina
Nova - SLU, Santa Clara, Temple

How dare you suggest Indiana was a bad loss for Pitt.  It's Indiana!

Speaking of upsets, #25 SLU goes down at Loyola Marymount, 75-68.

That was a short-lived stay in the top-25.

LMU has also beaten UCLA. I wonder if our Jesuit friends on the West Coast have a decent squad this year.

Gonzaga was hardly a head scratching loss.

NC State at home was bad but even they are a major college team not a low or mid major.

Dayton won 27 games that year and went to the 2nd round in the NCAA tourny.

I'm not sure any of those qualify.

I know this was in conference, but DePaul two years ago...might as well have been Presbyterian considering how bad DePaul was then. Good to see they're apparently doing better this season though.

I think that was the point of the post.
