Can someone tell me why on earth we do not have an AD? Or why we have heard absolutely nothing on whats going on with a new AD??? What is MU doing? This seems to make no sense what so ever!!! Why has the great rosiak said not a word about this???

What exactly do you want the "great Rosiak" to write about? AD hires aren't always the most public of events so there really isn't much for him to report.
What have you done about it? Are you writing weekly reader editorials to the JS about MU's lack of direction?
Are you kidding me? You don't think Rosiak could have written one single story about it the entire basketball season? You don't think this is a new story or of interest to anyone? It is not my job or any fans job to help hire the AD or write to the JS about it! What would that do exactly? This is normal to take six months to hire an AD? What if Crean does somehow leave? Who hires the new coach? What is the board of trustees gonna hire a coach? Would you trust that process?

For someone who is so clearly upset with this issue you really seem to be pissing just to piss. Why wouldn't you write an editorial to the Sunday paper? Get it out there. Maybe another reader sees it and starts to wonder. In a couple of weeks he decides to write an editorial. Before you know it there's some juice to the story and that pressure could get you what you desperately want: an article from Rosiak.
Go hit a pillow.

I don't think it's too odd. An AD is an administrator after all. They would like to make a decision when the current academic year is up if they are trying to hire another AD away. At least that seems to be the case. One of my best friends was named AD of a MAC school in December so go who knows what is "right or wrong" but I can tell you when you jump right into the job in mid semester like that in the middle of the basketball season, it's quite an adjustment.
Now, if they are trying to hire away an Associate AD from somewhere else, then they shouldn't have to wait as long.
