Question:
How do you really feel about the departed?
Option 1: Would love to see Pitt, Cuse, & WVU lose every game
votes: 39
Option 2: Would like to see them competitive/ranked, but inferior to MU
votes: 28
Option 3: Looking forward to not seeing Huggy Bear in a track suit
votes: 2
Okay...what was your immediate reaction when you saw the Pitt upset by Snoop and Long Beach? What about when West Virginia lost a couple nights ago? Honestly?
Traditionally, you want your conference brethren to dominate their non-conference schedule. But I was somewhat surprised when I saw that score, and promptly responded with "Go F yourself Pitt."
These are uneasy times in the Big East. Given this situation, where do you guys stand with Pitt, Syracuse, and WVU?
Are you of the mindset, don't let the door hit you on the way out? Would you love to see them lose every game?
Or...in the name of the strength and RPI of the current Big East, would you like to see them competitive/ranked?
A very unique position for fans...especially if we most likely have a second lameduck season to deal with.
I would love to see them all fail come conference time, but right now, I'd rather see them do well. Strong non-con play from teams we play is good for us. And conference opponents even more so because of them playing teams we play. Right now, much as I dislike what they're doing, I still want to see them win because it's good for us.

I agree. Undefeated in non-conference, winless in conference. Yes, I know, when they play each other, someone has to win. In those games, I am hoping for a UW/Penn State style quadruple OT snoozer that sets basketball back years and is ridiculed by everyone. (and I am not vindictive! ;D)
Sorry to be an ignoramus, but how can I delete the bunch of Sweeteners9 messages filling up my "Recent Posts" box? Thanks for the help.

Wait until one of the mods gets up and deletes the threads. Or petition to become a mod yourself. The only way to expedite the process would be to report the posts, but I'm pretty sure they'll see them as soon as they log on. Just give it a little time and they'll go away.
