From today's Wall Street Journal, in case anyone wants to pick up Wade's old pad. :)

Dwyane Wade Seeks Sale of Florida Home
Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade and his wife, Siohvaughn, are looking to sell their Miami-area home for $8.9 million, more than double what they paid for it in 2005.
The nearly 12,000-square-foot French-style home is on a gated one-acre lot in Pinecrest, just south of Miami. (After Mr. Wade led the Heat to the National Basketball Association championship last year, the village flew banners reading "Welcome to Wadecrest.") There are six bedrooms plus a one-bedroom guest house, a pool, playground and a barbecue area, according to the property listing. Customized features include a "W" inlaid in the marble floor in the entrance hall and one of Mr. Wade's nicknames, "Flash," written on the bottom of the pool, according to listing agent Techrin Hijazi of TechrinEstates and Avatar Real Estate Services. The sale price includes furnishings, artwork and some of Mr. Wade's memorabilia, Ms. Hijazi says.
The Wades bought the home new from developer PGS LLC in July 2005, for just under $4 million. PGS later sued the couple in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, claiming they hadn't paid for about $150,000 in improvements to the home; the Wades have filed a counterclaim alleging the developer failed to obtain proper permits for the work.
Mr. Wade, 25 years old, has made three All-Star teams during his four-year professional career. He was named Most Valuable Player of last year's NBA finals, during which he scored 34.7 points per game.
If you posted this on the Kentucky board, they would insist that this was a sure sign Wade was the next coach of UK.
Wade is the best. I wonder if he really wants to move or if its just simply a smart financial move. Must have been all those quality business classes he took at MU (even though he was a theatre major?)
Coincidentally, there is a story on LeBron's new "house"

I guess that draft class is doing all right for itself.
LeBron's house is insane. I mean seriously, noone needs all that nor should have all that. he should help out us poor, untalented college students with all that extra money he's got. ;)
