I wonder why TC has never pursued any Euro big men. They are typically multi tooled players that can handle/shoot the ball. Would seem like a good fit for his offense.
Anyone aware of any activity in this area?
Players from Europe can turn pro when their very young...Wasn't Milicic a pro at 16? there's no way a European player is going to come to the states to play ball without $$.

You're half-right. The good ones get drafted early.
The okay and crazy ones get experience in the U.S. They try and make a name here as well as pick up better coaching. Erzam Lorbek from Michigan State is an example of a frontcourt Euro who played stateside.

Majerus frequently looked at overseas big kids.
His Finnish kid on his Title game team....and Bogut of course from Down Under.

Hanno Mottola
and, of course, Niv Berkowitz. That recruitment alone will keep TC stateside.
Berkowitz sucks
he's been a pretty quality addition to the board though, making some very good posts
