Mods, we all know there was a high profile banning 3 months ago. However, at the same time, two other active posters quit posting as well. Was there more than one banning, were these guys just alter egos of the one banned, or is it just a coincidence that they chose to stop posting at the same time?
The guy I miss is bma725. He hasn't posted in almost a year and he seemed to have a lot of inside-type insight.
BMA seems to be limiting himself to the scout premium board. I miss him, too.
Hmm .. who are the 2 you are thinking of? The only other bans I recall are of the daily spambots.

I know of at least 2 people who stopped posting here because of the crazies on this forum.

It's too bad, because, speaking for myself, I'd bet the bma was one of them and I thought he was able to explain from an insider's pov things that had/were happening within the program. Our loss.
Specifically, I am curious about marquette84 and williewarrior. They quit posting essentially at the same time that chicos got banned. I was just curious if they, too, were banned, or if it was coincidental.
84 was Pancho to Chico's Cisco Kid and is unlikely to return minus his fellow traveler. Willie and Nate Dogg are generally pretty quiet during the off season. I suspect they'll be back when Otule commits his first turnover or Junior misses his first free throw reminding us how bad we suck.

These are the two that I thought of as well. Don't miss 84 at all, but Willie could be pretty entertaining with his rants and general laments. Maybe he's finally satisfied that we now have some big guys ::)
interestingly enough, I still miss murff..., always managed to 'stir up the pot' and had some excellent observations from an experienced viewpoint. While I often didn't agree with him, the fact that he has 'been there and done that' made me rethink my opinions.
