Assuming everyone who we think is coming comes and there are no transfers (huge ifs and honestly I don't see how it happens, but lets all play along), what are our needs with the last 13 schollie. I look at the schollie table and I see a need for either another big switchable (a la Steve Taylor) or another PG. '14 will be even more interesting.
PG.
PG....Jaylon Tate or Duane Wilson.
And let me also add that I doubt that we will only have one more to fill by the time the November 2012 signing period actually rolls around. No inside information whatsoever, and I don't want there to be a bunch of speculation, but we have always had transfers out. The odds suggest that this might occur again after this season.

It all depends on the development of JJ, the "breakout" of Vander, and the coaches comfort level with the freshman. I hope we do not recieve a 2013 commitment (unless it is a sure thing like Burton) until these questions are answered. Injuries, transfers,... too many things go into a final offer that far in advance.
Someone who can fill it up
PG
We need some bigs. Why can't we ever land any big men?
ners, you could have been wayyyyy more antagonistic than that, but you are tossing grenades at an adversary who is no longer there. Just wasting ammo. Much like Crean did. Bazinga!
Agree with Sultan of SW--- Need a point guard. Tate or Wilson. Both are quick and penetrate.

;D - - Truly, my post wasn't intended for anyone specific, just us as a collective fanbase who have been obsessing about landing bigs for the better part of the last 15 years.
Very pleased that we have Durley joining the fold at MU and that in his view MU develops big men well. Clearly Otule's presence and experience here under Buzz helped sell Durley significantly. As Gardner continues to get better - and hopefully can almost be DeJuan Blair good by the time he is a senior....MU will have even more credibility with bigs..
Pure PG. Most important position in college hoops. I leave it to others who know potential talent better than I do to name names.
Me. I've always wanted a floor seat. I could also use some Todd Smith time.
Duane Wilson
All things equal, a point, but if you have a 5-star kid at any position, you take him. DW, Mayo, and TJ will be here until 2014-15, we can hold off until 2014 for a PG if necessary.
