smart move. if the ACC moves in and takes over MSG it would have been nice to stay in NYC.
this does not eliminate the BE from MSG, but it does eliminate the ACC from NYC.

The Big East, if it is still around, will be at Madison Square Garden unless they do not want to pay the rental fee. Not that it will happen, if they decided against Madison Square Garden, I be really happy if they held it at the Bradley Center.

I don't know whether he is a troll or not (and don't really care). But I haven't seen the contract between the Big East and MSG. I'd be surprised if there wasn't provisions in it that allow either party to back out if there are material changes either in the conference or to the facility.
