Found that interesting. Im guessing they wanted the fball schools to get more money so they would likely stay together longer...and allow ND to remain independent. Instead, it backfired.

Boeheim thinks that if the TV contract was signed, things wold be as is.

"The BE of today is not the BE Syracuse helped create."

"Holding Syracuse and Pitt to the contract represents the problem in the current BE. They should be working on building the BE, not keeping two schools around that are gone"

I hope they negotiate a ridiculously high exit early fee agreement.
