IMO John Belein (sp) is one of thew top 5 coaches in the country.  Why his named hasn't been menioned for UK is beyond me.

Recruiting.  Kentucky doesn't just want a good coach, they want a good coach that is getting the best recruits in the country. Beilein has gotten 1 consensus top 100 player since he started at WVU and that guy was generally ranked in the 90s.  That's not good enough for the UK faithful.  They want top 20 guys, McDonald's All-Americans etc.  Tubby was a better recruiter than Beilein before he got to UK and even he couldn't consistently get those guys.

Beilein is a very good game coach, but the UK job is much more than that.

Does Kentucky want to run a 1-3-1?
