For once, I think UW is underrated.
wayyy underrated!
B..bb..but I thought Cubs fans are the worst?
They go to Brewer's games and cheer for their own team. Is that maybe the sign of a good fanbase? And some guy once met a girl at a Cubs game who did not know the score. Is that maybe because every fanbase has someone like that?

Actually, cubs fans are among the worst because for some reason they think their crap don't stink despite cheering for one of the worst franchises (historically) in all of sports.

being a fan when it is tough mean you are a bad fan? Not much arrogance from Cubs fans that I see. They do travel well and support their team reasonably well regardless of the season.
Show and blow...sheesh.

Its not them being a fan when the times are tough that makes them awful fans - but their lack of recognizing how terrible their team is. They(being the Cubs) - have the 6th highest payroll, and the 2nd worst record. The Mariners lost 17 STRAIGHT games (that is essentially 11% of the season - given away) - and after all of that, still have a better record then the Cubs. Yet when I talk to Cubs fans today, they will still talk crap about the Brewers, because although it has been 100+ years since the Cubs have won the WS, they have still won one (don't know how many times I get that "well, when is the last time the Brewers won the world series?") - like that justifies your terrible team.

Not that I agree with the "at least we've won one" argument, cause thats stupid, but honestly, other than this year so far, what do the Brewers have over the Cubs that doesn't give the Cubs a place to talk? As far as this "rivalry" is concerned, except for 2011, the Cubs have owned the Brewers as of late. It doesn't justify stupid, uninformed comments like you mention (which very few actual Cubs fans would co-sign), but its not like the Cubs don't have space to trash talk.
