Big East opponents announced
All three of the Marquette Golden Eagles' 2011-'12 repeat opponents in Big East play will be coming off NCAA Tournament berths, as the league announced teams' home, road and mirror foes on Thursday.

This year with the strength of schedule we really need to avoid the bad home loss against a non top 25 team.
B.S!! >:( No UConn at the Bradley Center but St.John's for two years in a row.
And I'm too lazy to check, but it seems like MU travels to ND more often than the reverse.

Not sure about before the 09-10 season but that year ND came to us for final BE game of year, and last year was a home and home with them. So, based off those past two years it makes sense that we only go to them this year.

Agreed. That does suck.
Also, I dont understand why BE would not continue to showcase the GTown-Cuse rivaly. It's the conference's bread-and-butter and is undeniably the best rivaly and the two most identifiable teams for the conference.

Well, I looked it up anyway. Since MU has been in the BE, we've traveled to South Bend 5 times, they've been here 4 times. Next season the ratio will be 4 to 6. I don't want them off our schedule, but the Joyce Center is a tough place to play.
Schedule looks good to me. Everyone, but Seton Hall, has 2 out of 3 tough repeat opponents.
I just want some Saturday night home games against top teams.
Can't wait for the season. ;D

I was reading that on CBS sportsline, what a joke about him complaining.

The MU ticket office wants more Big East Saturday games. Day or night.
