Title: St Johns only returning starter transfers, leaving Lavin a totally fresh slate.

Lavin's only returning starter last year is transferring, resulting an an interesting anomoly--almost the entire team will be the new recruits. Even with its highly touted recruiting class, one cant expect St Johns to duplicate its record, and it seems they'll fall off some this year.

You would have to think Lavin will get a total free pass next season... no post season tournament will be no problem.  If they make the NIT or better, that is gravy.

I am more interested in the year after when all of these new players have a year under their belt.  I would have to think Johnnies fans will expect some sort of post season, which is probably fair.  It will be interesting to see what the Lavin/Keady team can do in the future.

Which is highly likely as Lavin has recruited many similar guys at the same position.

The BET is St. John's home floor.

They get a home court advantage EVERY YEAR!!!
