In CNNSI's new "Sidelines" video feature, he called our game against Michigan St. "bad television" and said he hopes the matchup of Jamie Dixon and Ben Howland will be more entertaining than the Crean, Izzo tilt.

I'd call that more of a knock on the game itself than the performance of either team. No, we didn't look good, but neither did MSU, and any time you have a team go scoreless for the first 9+ minutes of a game, while the other team only manages 14 points itself, you won't exactly be drawing a ton of viewers. I think everyone hopes every game (including PITT-UCLA) is better basketball than MU-MSU.
Seth continues to CYA....a lot of his picks are down in flames.
The Pitt-UCLA game may end up 28 - 27 final score.
I don't disagree with Seth. They cut-away from the game in Chicago. I put on Borat and watched the score on the net. We sucked!!

I can't disagree with the man. It was a bad game. But the one common theme among a lot of the "bad television" games this year has been that most involved at least 1 big ten team. The Big 10 tournament was one "bad television" game after another.
Once again, PRN is quick to find something negative and post it. Way to go! Look, I am down right ticked that we did not play better against MSU, but I am also a realist and realize that we were missing 15 points a bunch of rebs and assists as well as our best defensive player. I know, I know, we also were without his turnovers. Still, he was a 2nd team BE player and was our best player over the course of the season. I am willing to give TC a break because, as we see every year in the tourney, stuff happens. Unfortnately, guys like PRN will continually look for anything negative they can find about MU, TC, and our damn mascot.
Yeah PRN (formerly gold Nightmare) has a "history" of negativism. Once in a while he does have some positive things to say, but he basically is a naysayer.
