Yes and correct.
(prior to VCU, that is)
Nova and Georgetown do not play Div I A football, that is correct. Think they both play Div I AA football.

Digging around on the George Mason website, I'm pretty sure that's a club team, just like Marquette's club team.

So since MU made the FF in 2003 (and MU has not football team).
George Mason made the FF in 2006 and they have no football
VCU made the FF in 2011 and they have no football
Georgetown and 'nova both made the FF and have football, just not D1.
