Hopefully OU fans and administration are saying the same about Buzz with Louisville in the BE tourney.

I like Ed Cooley as head coach at Fairfield. I don't think this is good hire for PC.

The potential impact on us is that Cooley's hiring means the Fairfield job is open. MU assistant Aki Collins is considered one of the leading candidates as I believe he was an assistant at Fairfield before joining Buzz at MU.

Correct.  Hopefully Aki see's a brighter future here.

If Aki (or Benford) leave, that opens a spot on the coaching staff that could be filled by someone that could help Buzz with the defense.

On WFAN this afternoon they were saying the top candidate for the Fairfield job right now is former St. John's coach, Norm Roberts.
