I will be there.
I'll be there with some family.
Would love to, but I think this weekend will be one in Milwaukee. Unfortunately.
I'll be in attendance.
Anyone leaving from Milwaukee that would consider car pooling with two Marquette students? My roommate and I are looking to go, but don't want to spend gas to drive down in his SUV with just the two of us!
Marquette said they are discussing the possibility of transportation.
Warrior1 I'm in the same boat you are. I'm a marquette student and I have tickets but no ride. I looked at megabus, amtrak, and greyhound they are all between 60 and 100 dollars and take about 9 hours. That is pretty reasonsable and look to be the best option.

Possibly.. Be riding with two or three mid twenty guys, one of them is fat and a degenerate gambler and one went to UWM. Are you dorks?
I work with a client till 11:30 on Friday....so it'll have to be a late game to make it.
You can probably still make the 6 o'clock performance at On The Border.
Chicago for st. pattys day then road trippin' to the Cleve friday morning.
I'll be there with two more.
I will be there with at least four, possibly six others.
Go Marquette!
leaving in RV in morning with 5 of the children, and will be bringing them and my Cleveland brother to the games (plural). If there are any fans trying to escape Birmingham, Louisville or Cincinnati along my route, just stuck your thumb out and look for the RV!
I think I will be there. (95% sure)
I'll be there with family. Excitement!
Can anyone provide some insight into how easy or difficult it is to scalp tickets at these events?
Does Cleveland have any scalping laws we should be aware of?
80/20 I make it.
I'm there. I still can't believe they're coming to Cleveland.

Don't know about any laws, but typically tickets at first/second round sites are very plentiful. Especially w/OSU in the afternoon session. There should be lots of seats to be had.
I've never been to an NCAA tourney game (for Marquette or any other team). I know on these boards I'm always reading about the Marquette gatherings at the tourney. I don't see any information about that on the website, but figure it's because it's just not set up yet. Where/when will that information be available?

Check back here at this link as the event(s) unfold in Cleveland...and let's hope that is plural.

Thanks.
I just got word from the President of the NE Ohio alumni association that there will be an event Thursday evening (with Fr. Wild) and something else Friday. Details to follow from Marquette.

I already had tickets (I live in Cleveland). I called today to get a couple more. They said they'd let me know tomorrow if I can get some through MU.

okay cool. its just that as a 2009 alum (and obviously too poor to ever have donated) I don't think that I'll be able to get to the front of the line for some of those MU issued tix, so im looking for other sources. Looking at ticketmaster, they only want to sell $250 seats that get you into multiple sessions. Stubhub has $100ish seats that will get me just the late session (MU & Cuse)
I'm thinking about going the scalping route when i get there, but with 4 in my party would certainly be taking my chances for getting them together.
PSA: Sorry if im turning this into the trading post
