Rumor flying around the Garden is that Keno is done after the BET. Haven't a clue if/how that (wholly unsubstantiated, as far as I know) rumor will affect tonight's game - I think not so much. For the sake of full disclosure: I have two sources for this tidbit of (likely useless) info. One source is someone very closely affiliated with the UConn team who, of course, is also here. The other is in the GC's office at PC (all he said was, "Yeah, I heard the same thing.").
Also, Duke Mondy purportedly is here, with the Friars team. No idea if he's playing tonight. When last I heard (yesterday) he was still "indefinitely suspended (Coach's decision)."
Interesting, I wouldn't blame PC for the move. But wonder how the team would respond if they all know.

If others are hearing this, the team knows its going around - they're probably being asked by friends if its true. A team has to be affected by this kind of stuff, I think that its got to have some input into the game. I guess we'll see a referendum on how his team feels about Keno. Hopefully, they're not too attached to him.

Rumor has been going around a few weeks now. Same rumor for their AD.

Buzz to Providence?
Give the right people enough time and they'll come up with a theory on how it would be closer to his Texas roots.
Here's an interesting comment from the Providence board about the certainty of Keno going bye bye;
"I would think the donor who gave $500K that was mentioned in the post about renovations to the practice facility would have had assurances that this was a done deal before making the donation (which was I think done last week)."
