I found the two footnotes most interesting...

**Syracuse, and Texas A&M, Corpus Christi had no white basketball student-athletes
***Gonzaga had no African-American basketball student-athletes

Gonzaga no African Americans? Are you serious.. I know I have seen plenty, don't remember there names... I believe Kusa and Pargo are this year, and I know they have had plenty go through in the past. I guess Batista was Brazillian after wikipedia'ing it... maybe no African Americans, that is incredible.

Syracuse no whites? Well I can think of atleast two, Gerry McNamara... I guess you don't count Devendorf  since he still is in school. Duane's brother from Wisconsin I remember was the exact opposite of white, but that was a great team with Carmelo. I am suprised more teams don't have ZERO whites, I guess they need a token white guy to say things like "dude".

I believe the data used to generate the table was from the late 1990's to the year 2000.

Michigan State has some FANTASTIC programs. Their OSCM program is amongst the top 3 or 5 in the nation.
