Title: Business taken care of
Post by: tower912 on February 27, 2011, 04:58:26 PM
OK, we got the 'easy' one.    Let's keep it going.    5 teams at 9-7 in the BEast.    Nice game for the sophomores.   Apparently, sometimes players do improve.

And we did it with Jim Burr as referee.

The Cincy game is HUGE. Win that one and we finish ahead of them in the standings and have the final resume win before the tourney.

Nice effort and win.  Will have to watch out for those lazy cross court passes against a much better Cincy team. I counted at least five intercepted passes, all of which lead to Providence baskets.

Break out game for Junior, lets see how the backcourt plays against the Cincy pressure.

Beat Cincy on Weds. and then we are playing for a higher seed than #10.

But you've got to admit, this is yet another Marquette win with a huge asterisk with Mondy not playing for Providence.

Cincy will be another great win but I don't think that the Seton Hall game is going to be a cake walk.

Cincy game is the biggest game of the year.  Loser may get passed over for the dance.

IF MU was to lose I still think they are among the top 50 schools. This game is HUGE because of seeding in the conference and tourny, but as far as I'm concerned Cincy has more to worry about than us.

I have predicted SH as a loss. We will have to come to play. Of course in BEast, you have to do that every game (except maybe DePaul)
