based on some interesting facts:
MU was:
18 for 28 on free throws (hitting all in OT though)
4 for 20 on 3's
Outrebounded 50 to 40
BUT:
MU 9 turnovers, UCONN 17
MU 10 steals, UCONN 3
Crowder had 11 rebounds and 7 were offensive.
Walker's play in OT, him against MU. He was 10 for 28 from the field.
Here's how it happened: DJO!
Another month of games like this, I'm gonna have to be put in an assisted care living facility.
I don't usually drink during tv games but this season is making me question that philosophy.
I might have to start hitting the Coors Light hard in 2nd halfs.
Someone in an MU jesey decided to take over... way to go DJO
Plus Walker's minutes caught up with him and Mu's decision to overplay him worked
Hey...we defended very well this game. I liked the zone, even if only as a change up. Shows that Buzz is making adjustments. We had a bad offensive game and still won.
Did anyone else briefly go into cardiac arrest when Walker put up the shot at the end of regulation? I was sure that was either going in or called a foul.
