UConn's Calhoun won't coach vs. MU
Connecticut Huskies coach Jim Calhoun won't coach against the Marquette Golden Eagles on Thursday night at the XL Center in Hartford, Conn., but his recent trouble with the NCAA has nothing to do with it.

Hopefully we will have the same results the last time we went against Blaney as coach!
I'm hoping for the same outcome as that game.
Unfortunately it has to come under the circumstances of losing a family member, but it certainly won't hurt MU's chances that Calhoun isn't there.
True that, MU is undefeated against Head Coach George Blaney.
His sister-in-law passed away on Monday.
No, he is not suspended. He is attending a funeral tomorrow and will not be coaching the game. Unfortunate circumstances, but hey, living on the bubble we will take what we can get.

I don't know whether or not this will help our cause tomorrow, but I never wish something like this upon anyone even if it'll help MU win. Prayers go out to the Callhoun family.
Coming on the heals of a 3 game suspension and Scholarship losses for the 11-12 season... rough day to say the least

Thinking the same thing. We already have an * next to our ND win because they were missing one of their best players. Now we play UCONN without their coach, just loads up for those committee members looking for a reason to keep us out.
This only helps. Calhoun coached circels around Buzz in Milwaukee last time out.

That must be a big circle.

Who has an asterisk next to our ND win. We won by 22. Scott wasn't going to make the difference.
If we need to asterisk this game because of Calhoun missing, should Uconn asterisk the 2009 game that DJ was injured early on?
