Penn State knocked off Minnesota - bad loss leaving the Golden Gophers at 18-8(6-7)
Clemson lost to a Horrible NC State and ESPNU is saying they are now out.
DePaul won so we are no longer the answer to a trivia question ("who did DePaul last beat?)
The problem is, not all bubble teams are going to lose. So if MU wants to get in they better get the Wins. Once in a while teams are fortunate to back into tournaments and playoffs but Wins are the only way to assure getting in.
Huh....posts disappearing again...weird.
Regardless of ESPNU says, I'm figurin' the Gophers are in at this point.

Yeah I noticed the same thing. Odd.

The key, apparently, is if you say "9-9 is easily in", a mantra that that has been said here time and time again by people...that gets the post deleted. It's like an Easter Egg or something something else.

They are actually (17-9, 6-8 Big Ten)

+1
Minnesota is steadily working themselves onto the bubble and like MU need to win some games down the stretch to solidify their place in the field.
No team finishing under .500 in B11 play deserves to make the tourney. Minn has some work to do (like many others)

Did I start that mantra?
I am being misquoted... I believe I said, 'very easily'.
