2012 SG Gabe York says #mubb is recruiting him hard. http://goo.gl/OWHqL (http://goo.gl/OWHqL)
I looked up some of his highlight videos, and the dude looks sick. Great shot, disgusting hops. He's listed at 6'2.
EDIT: Ok, i have no idea how to embed a youtube video on here, so here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4Bo13jyWpo

Its reported that 2011 SG Todd Mayo will be here on Saturday
Can finish in traffic and has a picture perfect jumper. His pull-up threes reminded me of Austin Rivers' style. I know this is only a highlight tape, but he'd be a great fit in that class with Ferguson, and the "shooter" some on here are opining for. I certainly hope we're going after him hard.
EDIT: I really hope this kid knows Juan Anderson - he has to be the most gung-ho MU signee I can remember in a while. It seems like he's dying to get on campus and loves Buzz (as does his mother). An advocate like that can make a huge difference.

What's the word on Mayo? Are we close to the top of his list? Not a whole lot has been written about him on the board here. I know Buzz was going up to visit him after the Nova game supposedly. He must like him because I don't hear of many other mid-Big East season recruiting visits.
We could really use a SG like him when DJO leaves

I have to say it was really weird to read my own name on here....
I'm really impressed with this keep, seems pretty well spoken too, and I'd love to see a guy who can come in and take over DJO's role in a couple years. His stroke is pure, and his ability to finish is remarkable.
He's like a mini-Blake Griffin!
Hope he has good D cuz that's what we need: a lockdown defender WITH a nice O game.

I thought that lock down defender was Blue?

Blake Griffin is 6ft 10 and 250. We could only hope.

Jamailman - sorry I'm confused, but are you referencing York or Mayo?

Think he's talking about Juan Anderson.
Between this year and next we have three scholarships left. This kid looks like a good get for one of those, but PLEASE Buzz, lets get two bigs with the other two!! As far as I know we're still in the running for God's Gift. If we don't get him, I hope that Buzz banks the schollie so we can offer this kid and two bigs next year. (ESPN shows that we've actually got interest from bigs for the 2012 class.
I was talking about York's game (watch the video, he's a pure shooter with perfect form and finishes with contact after athletic moves). I hope he's friends with Juan, because they're both from California. They might bump into each other at AAU tournaments or something, and Juan seems to love MU. No doubt he'd be a Wes Matthews type evangelist for us

For the most part as Otule and Gardner develop, size isn't our biggest problem. It's guard play. I'd like to see a shooter with one of these 3 a point guard and a big even if he is a project and needs to be red-shirted.
