This game was tied for the 4th fewest assists in game for Marquette in the last 15 years.  Of our five assists, Blue was the only guard with a dime--and that was one. Jimmy had 3 and Jae had the last one. I thought our guards were forcing the offense in both halves. We played well defensively (half of GU's shot attempts were treys--27 out of 54). Strong PG/perimeter guard play in the half court wins this game for us. Gtown muscelled up our guards on D and that was the difference as you might expect from the best guards in the conference.
