I'm pretty sure the team typically leaves shortly after the usual end of classes for the players the day before an away game, but does anybody know if the team moved their departure up to this morning? I woul imagine it will be pretty hard to get out of Milwaukee over the next few days.
Don't know what's transpiring with the 'Nova game, but, the Big East requires teams to be at the site of a game a minimum of 24 hrs. prior to the scheduled start time.

Jae was tweeting at 2:15 that he was in the lab doing schoolwork, so I don't believe they've left yet.
Saw Jimmy at around 1 so no.
They should be able to leave tomorrow morning. It's the afternoon that would be a problem.
Rosiak just tweeted that as of earlier today they are leaving tomorrow. The plane is already here in Milwaukee so if they need to leave earlier they can.

Having a bird sitting on the ramp idle must raise hell with their asset utilization rate. Of course, they are likely charging MU for that down time.

I believe they are using the private terminal at the north end of the airport not the main terminal at Mitchell.
The team leaves at noon.

Typical private jet only charges for flying time. Also, the typical private jet company would not let a plane sit at an airport unused UNLESS they had no other use for it at that time.
Leaving at noon would be breaking the "rule" of being at the site 24 hrs. ahead of tip-off.

How so? 90 minute flight from MKE-Philly, getting them at the latest at around 4 with travel time. Game tips at 7pm EST on Wednesday.
more like two hour flight if the weather in Philly is fine. I believe the northeast is getting another snow storm on tueand wed too.
My bad - thought it was a Tues. game.
Mid Atlantic is going to get it Tue night into Wed...although nothing like the Midwest is getting.

Team is scheduled to leave MKE at 11am CT this morning .... Philly not getting the snow we're getting in NY right now.
According to some of the players' Twitter accounts they just took off.

Milwaukee to Philly in an F-16? Less than 30 minutes chock to chock. In a Warthog? A buck and a quarter without breaking a sweat.

Can an A-10 make MKE to Philly without refilling?
