Was amazing today.....way better than normal idiot.
Other than Fran Frashilla referring to Dominic James as Damien James, the former player from Texas, they were outstanding today.

Frashilla loves MU. He was the "junkyard dogs" guy from last year.
Also stated Crowder is BE Newcomer of the year and applauded his play all day.
Was DJOPF referring to the stadium announcer?

If he was, it was Bob Brainerd, who had the full-time PA job back in the day (late 90s? early '00s?) for both men's and women's hoops.

He does the UWM men's games.
Bob's a good guy and top-notch announcer. Used to work with him occasionally at Channel 12. Very pleased with his work today.
I thought I heard a different PA announcer in the background, sounded good. Haven't seen or heard from Brainerd since he was the Brewers' field reporter, where he was pretty much "comic relief" and actually kinda annoying.
Liked hearing Fran on the ESPN 3 call. Play-by-play announcer was a little dry, sounded like he just woke up from a nap.
Also, for the first half I was driving and listened to the Cuse radio announcers through the Big East station on XM (MU home game, not sure why the Cuse feed is the one on Big East XM station). Thought they were very good, Homer (moreso) and Mac need to step their game up. Also noticed that they didn't whine about a single call which was refreshing, whereas Homer and Mac usually whine about calls the entire game.
I was referring to pa announcer. I hope this guys stays.
Fran loves mu and I love him. One of the very few announcers that truly believes and sees marquettes potential
Homer makes my anxiety max out.
The pa guy was good today, for the most part.

I'll fix it for you so it makes sense, kin. "Homer's announcing style maxes out my anxiety level."

thanks bruh, wats crackin.
I like the usual announce way better!! I like that he does his own thing and has fun with it. I like his enthusiasm. This guy is boring to me.
Yeah I thought he was boring too. I thought that something was missing. Some energy.
Franshella (sp?) kept calling Syracuse the Orangmen. :) He didn't call MU the Warriors as far as I am aware. >:(
The announcer yesterday did an awesome job. I really hope he's here to stay. The other guy is a joke.
I guess people don't like Mike J. the PA announcer. I think he has a great voice.
If I had to guess, it's that he over does the names of the players with that voice, like he taking a crap.
