You can read the entire thing at the link above. Below are what I thought was two of the more interesting passages.

[Comment From GE1974GE1974: ]
What needs do you want to fill with your two open scholarships?
Coach Buzz: We need 2 HM players -
Coach Buzz: Another dribble guy for sure
Coach Buzz: We dont recruit by positions
Coach Buzz: You are either a dribble guys or a non-dribble guy
Coach Buzz: To be considered a dribble guy - you have to be a guy that we can run a high ballscreen for, and you can go make a play for yourself or someone else.

Question ... what is "HM"?
----
R.W. Wrong: I know your team philosophy is to forget a loss at midnight, but do you feel there is any left over tension/anxiousness/nervousness in the second half of games after the Louisville game?
Coach Buzz: Good question. As a competitor, you losses always knaw at you, especially ones you should have won. The only problem with that, is if you cant learn from it, and get to the next game, then the original game will get you beat twice -- especially in a league like this.
Coach Buzz: You can tell I am an amatuer at this, but I appreciate your willingness to care enough to ask questions. I told the guys monitoring it - I will answer any question - attacking - good - silly - or otherwise...I am glad people care.
Just a guess, but maybe "high major"?

If so, it's that an obvious statement, maybe even a "duh". How many mid-major or low-major guys do we need?
High motor
HM is high major.
I'm pretty sure HM="Huge Motherf*ckin" :o
I was thinking HM=High Maintenance
Half Maymon?
Here we go again. We don't need bigs--we need switchables.
