I saw this was just posted on twitter. Why does MU waste money on something like this? Lame and very disappointing.

Should be a trans am w a big bird on the hood.
got us talking about it.
Pretty sure this is a giveaway, no?
Reminds me of the yellow Hummers that so many people here had a heart attack over.
Rest assured, they are most likely 99% courtesy cars from one of the various dealerships MU has sponsorships with so they're not running around buying cars for this purpose, just like they likely didn't for the Hummers either.
Bitchin.

Gift from Bergey, the man who tried to bring us the Gold. Dig the Camero, though.

Chicos, I hope you are correct. The Dead Milkmen would not approve.

Bitchin.
So many posters here are so serious and stiff. They are so conservative that they are bothered by a blue-and-gold "Marquette" Camaro that could not be any cooler.
I assume the car belongs to some alumnus or other hardcore fan or, more likely, to a Chevrolet dealership looking to draw plenty of attention to a really cool car.
I agree with Oldgym's assessment: That "MU" Camaro is not only too cool. It is bitchin'.
Chill pill peeps, its a giveaway for one lucky student, same as last year.
really gayass logo on the hood
I would bet Ziggy's life these are on loan from Bergstrom (like Buzz and the coaches rides) and they don't cost the university a red cent.

It could definitely be cooler, starting with ripping that lame bird off the hood. I'll bet this version only has 3 cylinders and tops out at 45mph because of it.
With that stupid bird...
I like the car, but it fails until they get the MU license plates for it.

It'd be nice if they got s SS instead of the lame 6 cylinder (and of course removing the chicken). Does Wisconsin have dealer lisence plates? Wouldn't a courtesy car have different plates?
In case there was any doubt...

Marquette Athletics
Last tweet re: #mubb Camaro was a joke, BTW. Car is the grand prize in the Fanatics Rewards Program, donated by Bergstrom http://ow.ly/3Kfw1

Not a courtesy car apparently, but the grand prize. I'm sure it came from a dealer that MU has partnerships with.
