I just noticed that Chicos has 9861 posts.
I think he should get an award when he hits 10,000.
What should it be?

I already have those and sleep with them nightly, next to my picture of Bo Ryan.
A Golden Eagle feather for his War(rior) bonnet
Shouldn't the rest of us be getting an award. We had to read them.
Dude passed it months ago with SuperBar posts, just cracked 12K last week.

Actually you didn't have to read any of them.
I wish the Scoop would implement a mandatory retirement post count of 10,000.
A while back, wasn't there going to be a rule that if a user had 25 people ignore them, they would be banned? But then The Protectors had to throw that rule out the door to save their boy?

Seems like a recipe for success for a message board: ban your most active users. Granted, nobody else is even close to bannination...

Pretty sure that was only a user suggestion and none of the mods ever backed it. They did joke(?) about possibly letting people purchase temporary bans with certain levels of donations to Al's Run, though.
Whatever happened to being able to see how many people were ignoring a username?

it had nothing to do with people creating fake accounts for just that purpose?
We could hang a banner in the BC? It could go next to this one:

We'll have to find an actual picture of him. Unless he really is a 1970s American Indian Sterotype layered over Killface from Frisky Dingo... seriously that can't be 2nd layer... can it?

No, he's not an American Indian Stereotype. He's more of the "traditional" type.

I'm just surprised and happy to find someone else that watches/watched and presumably loved Frisky Dingo.

Chicos is 9 posts away from 10,000. I think we will see it sometime tonight!
Heart, be still.
10:58 CT and he's now three away.

You mean Chicos hits 10,000 all the world's computers will stop working, mass panic ensues leading to a breakdown of the social fabric of society. Then we all live in a world similar to the movies "The Book Of Eli" or the first Mad Max?
And to think all this will have been caused by 9,000 posts telling us how great Tom Crean is/was.
I'm think I'm going to go hug my kids and tell them that Daddy loves them very much and has always been proud of them.
