Personally I am going Notre Dame all day, we went from overrated chants to tears in minute right in front of my eyes.
Today. I've never been so disgusted by a game. Saying you feel sick after a game is one thing, feeling the bile raging in your stomach is another. Today is the closest I've ever come to puking based on a sports result.

I couldn't agree more. I went from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows and that didn't sit to well with my stomach. This one is going to take a bit to get over.
I'm with you, Brew.
The (only) silver lining is, people are going to be very solicitous to me at work next week.
There aren't any MU fans where I am. Most people don't even know where the school is, and I doubt if all of them know where Milwaukee is (or Wisconsin, for that matter). They know I'm nutty about MU hoops, and over the last number of years, I keep getting asked "How can you root for a team that keeps screwing up like that?" The answer, I guess, is I can't help myself, I can't not follow them. But let's face it, there have been too many screwups at the ends of games over the last 4-5 years. It's too much of a trend to be luck. There is a problem with in-game coaching that has to be rectified. This is too lousy of a feeling to keep recurring.
What about the tourney game against Washington last year?? Blowing a 15 point 2nd half lead and losing in last possession on the biggest stage... I'm pretty much on permanent suicide watch with this team.
Its probably depaul last year for that kid who got thrown up on

Do the people you work with ever heard of Georgetown or Washington DC for that fact? Have they seen what the Hoyas have been doing this year?
What happened today is bad but hardly unique.

Thanks. That's great consolation.
