I have the sport pack for DirecTV, but all non-con games were blacked out on MASN and SNY. Anyone know if Rutgers game will be also? I am hoping not as broadcast is not originated by Time Warner 32.
I have the same package and all of the non-conf games were on here in Cincinnati...
Don't know the black out issues you might encounter, but I also see them on 639, 640, and 721 if you have FullCourt.
This is obviously a question for Chicos, but my HUNCH, and that's all it is, is that the road games that are also carried on TW32, will NOT be blacked out.
I meant for people in the Milwaukee (time warner) area. All of the home, non-con games were blacked out in Milwaukee, but I believe Time Warner originated these broadcasts. In the case of road BEAST games I am hoping that since they do not originate the broadcast they will not be blacked out on 640 (MASN) and 639 (SNY) in Milwaukee. Just trying to not be surprised on wednesday night. If anyone has any insight it would be appreciated.
It doesn't matter who originates/produces the broadcast. What matters is what the contract says (which I have no idea).
[CORRECTED:] In any event, Rutgers will supposedly be blacked out locally in Milwaukee on ESPN3 Wednesday - what that says for DTV, I'm not entirely sure:

Altitude as well on Wednesday night if that helps you any.
This crappy Time Warner exclusivity deal is making it really tough to watch MU games. Wtf was the university thinking?

Whew - at least altitude is showing it live. There were 2 or 3 broadcasts they picked up last year that caused me to get blacked out on ESPN3 (360), but yet they showed the games delayed at like 2am :(
My understanding is that Time Warner only has exclusive rights to the non conference games they produce.
I don't think any of the BE games will be blacked out in Milwaukee.
Chicos could probably tell us for sure.
On a semi-related note, it looks like Rutgers will not be in HD, but the Pitt game will be.
Anyone know if Comcast in Chicago will have the Rutgers game?
